About the Burnham Place Project
Burnham Place is a 3.0 million square foot mixed-use development concept to be built above the existing rail yard directly north of Washington, DC’s Union Station. Ideally located in an under-utilized urban area, this transit-oriented project will play an integral role in the capital city’s revitilization of H Street, NE.
Preliminary plans include a destination hotel and vibrant commercial center with first-class office, retail and residential uses.
